Depending on the feature you use, information may include household details, benefit-screening answers, application-preparation information, documents you choose to upload, account and security information, and technical records needed to operate and protect the service.

The public screening experience is intentionally low-detail and does not ask for Social Security numbers, exact dates of birth, immigration status, medical details, or document uploads.

If you join the WiserMoms early-access waitlist, we collect the email address you provide and may also collect your first name, state, whether you are joining as a family, organization, or community supporter, your language, the signup source, consent status, and signup timestamps.

The waitlist also stores a one-way abuse-control hash derived from the network address used for the signup request. The waitlist table does not store that raw network address. We use waitlist information to manage staged beta and early-access invitations, launch communication, duplicate signups, and abuse prevention.

We use information to provide benefits navigation, prepare next steps and application materials, operate accounts and document features, respond to support needs, maintain security, troubleshoot the service, and improve the WiserMoms experience.

WiserMoms may rely on service providers that host, secure, store, or operate parts of the service. They may process information only as needed to provide those services.

WiserMoms does not send your information to a government agency merely because you use the site. Information may be provided to an administering agency when you direct or authorize that action and when WiserMoms has an explicitly supported workflow for it. Prepared forms are drafts unless an approved transmission path is clearly identified.

WiserMoms does not sell personal information. The current public site does not use advertising or behavioral-analytics cookies.

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the service, security, operational, and applicable legal purposes. Retention can vary by the type of information and the feature you use.

We use safeguards intended to protect information, but no online service can promise absolute security. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless requested through a secure WiserMoms workflow.

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information associated with your WiserMoms use where applicable. For early-access waitlist removal, use Contact & Support. For account information, use the existing WiserMoms support channel after signing in so the request can be handled securely.

WiserMoms is designed for parents, caregivers, and authorized support professionals. Household information may include information about children when a parent or caregiver provides it for benefits navigation. WiserMoms is not designed for young children to create independent accounts or submit information on their own.

Privacy rights can vary by state. WiserMoms will respond to applicable requests based on the law and the information involved. We may update this policy as the service changes; the effective date above identifies this version.

For waitlist removal or public-site privacy questions, review Contact & Support. The signed-in Help & guidance area provides self-service information but does not send a privacy request. We do not publish an unverified email address or mailing address in this policy.
