These terms describe what WiserMoms provides, what it does not provide, and the responsibilities that come with using the service.
What WiserMoms is
WiserMoms provides benefits navigation, screening guidance, organization tools, and application-preparation assistance. WiserMoms is not a government agency and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency.
Eligibility and benefit decisions
WiserMoms does not determine eligibility, approve benefits, set benefit amounts, or guarantee outcomes. Screening results are informational estimates. Eligibility and benefit decisions are made by the administering agency.
Application preparation
Information, checklists, and forms prepared through WiserMoms are intended to help you organize and prepare. Generated forms are preparation drafts unless WiserMoms clearly identifies an approved transmission path. You remain responsible for reviewing information before it is submitted to an agency.
Your information and responsibilities
You agree to provide information that is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge and to correct material errors you discover. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use WiserMoms to impersonate another person, submit information you are not authorized to provide, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Third-party and government websites
WiserMoms may link to official agency portals or other third-party services. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and security. WiserMoms does not control their decisions or content.
Availability and changes
Benefit rules and agency procedures can change, and the WiserMoms service may also change over time. We work to keep guidance useful and current, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every external source is always current.
Limits of the service
WiserMoms is a navigation and preparation tool, not legal, tax, medical, or financial advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, WiserMoms is not responsible for agency decisions, third-party outages, or losses caused by relying on information that an administering agency later changes or rejects.
