Important disclaimer — not a government website
WiserMoms (https://wisermoms.com) is operated by WiserMoms LLC, a Delaware corporation. We are an independent eligibility and application assistance platform. We do not represent, endorse, or act on behalf of any federal, state, or local U.S. government agency.
Our domain name is used for brand identification only. It does not indicate government ownership, operation, or endorsement. Official U.S. government websites typically use .gov domains verified through the U.S. General Services Administration. Always verify benefit information on official agency sites (for example benefits.gov, usa.gov, or your state human services portal).
Program names displayed on this site (for example SNAP, Medicaid, WIC, CHIP, TANF, Head Start) are used for identification only. Final eligibility determinations and benefit amounts are made solely by the administering government agency.
United States — benefits assistance & professional boundaries
WiserMoms provides informational eligibility screening, application pre-fill, document organization, and renewal reminders. We are not a law firm, tax preparer, licensed insurance broker, or government enrollment entity unless explicitly stated in a written partner agreement.
- Eligibility results are estimates based on publicly available program rules — not final agency decisions.
- We do not submit applications to government agencies without your explicit authorization for each submission.
- Caseworker chat and support provide general guidance only — not legal, immigration, or medical advice.
- Some states regulate benefits enrollment assistance or navigator programs; partner organizations using WiserMoms are responsible for any state licensing or certification required for their staff.
